Terms and Conditiions

Agency registration is compulsory.
Above rates are applicable only for delivery in India through ordinary post (Patrika Channel).
Subscription once taken on behalf of your client is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Commission payable only on Cover price. Commission payable only after monthly statement is submitted. TDS wherever applicable will be deducted.
Those who are making payment through NEFT / RTGS are advised to give Payment and full subscriber's information through email.
Postal deliveries can take upto 7-10 days from the day of dispatch and cannot be guaranteed. In case of non-delivery of the issue, agency is requested to send an email mentioning the Subscription ID and details to Subscriber@ASAPPinfoGlobal.com within 30 days of the issue date. Replacement can be provided subject to availability of stocks.
In case the copies are not received for three consecutive months, then payment of Courier charges is mandatory for receiving further copies. Else we can only provide Digital copy as replacement.
